On Friday ASUS made a mistake on their website, they posted photos and specifications of Z490 PRIME series motherboards.
Historically the PRIME series, and in this case the Z490-P is a mainstream motherboard. Where the Z490-A is a bit more premium. Nothing really new pops out of the photos, hiowever you can see Socket LGA 1200. The P model has two PCIe x16 slots and four x1 slots, whereas the Z490A has three PCIe x16 slots and three PCIe x1. The motherboards show up-to 2x M.2 slots.
